Q How did you break out of your insomnia ….?
robert michael deStefano – "I changed my perception of the situation. I unhooked from conventional thinking. I gave up on doctors and sleep drugs. I came to believe that pharmaceutical drugs and a long-term cure for stress-induced insomnia had no connection. I took on breaking the grip of insomnia as a personal development pursuit that only a self-help program could accomplish – much like quitting smoking, or losing weight and getting in shape. The three critical elements I looked for were motivation, skills and tools to change. The only problem was the kind of method I was looking for did not exist – so I created one myself. My process of development and discovery consumed more than six years with lots of practical research, exploration, trail and error – However today I can bring someone through the same process in just 30 days."
